TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All members of TrafficBox are required to agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Anyone violating these Terms and Conditions is subject
to immediate removal from the publishers program without any obligation from the
TrafficBox Publishers Program to redeem any earned credits.
1. Members agree to insert the full and unmodified HTML
code provided by TrafficBox for displaying pop ads on their web site, in as many or few pages as
they choose. TrafficBox reserves the right to verify the correct placement of its HTML code through
any means.
2. Members acknowledge that the TrafficBox HTML code on a member's web site
may display an advertisement from TrafficBox sponsors,
from TrafficBox affiliates, from another member, or from
TrafficBox.
3. All TrafficBox HTML code must be placed within a member's page or pages so that the
pop ads will be noticeable to visitors of the web site.
4. A member may not artificially inflate traffic counts to
his/her site using any device, program or other means. A
member may only insert the HTML code once per page. A member may not include the HTML code on any pages that
automatically reload or forward to another page without
interaction from the visitor of the site or on pages not
visible to the general public. A member may not insert the
HTML code into any pages not related to the site being
advertised. Anyone found in violation of these policies
will be immediately banned from participation in the TrafficBox
Publishers Program.
Some exceptions on the code usage
might be made at TrafficBox own discretion. If in
doubt please contact us with your request to
support@TrafficBox.net.
5. The following sites are not allowed to participate in
the TrafficBox publishers program: Sites encouraging illegal activity or any type of
discrimination such as racism, sites providing instructions or discussions about performing illegal
activities, sites engaged in libelous or harassing activities, sites that promote or utilize software or
services designed to deliver unsolicited email, sites containing any abusive language, sites that are otherwise
inappropriate. TrafficBox reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine which sites may
participate in this publishers program.
6. Members acknowledge and agree that their web site information (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be
utilized by TrafficBox. Possible uses include
(but are not limited to) the top ten sites statistics,
lists of member sites, etc.
7. All members agree to utilize the services of TrafficBox
at their own risk. TrafficBox or its affiliates cannot be held liable for any damage
or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services of
TrafficBox.
8. Anyone found in violation by TrafficBox of these terms and conditions is subject to immediate removal
from the publishers program without payment of any
earned funds and being banned from future participation in
TrafficBox.
9. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold TrafficBox harmless from and against any and
all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including
but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of this Agreement or any third party's rights,
including but not limited to infringement of any copyright,
violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any
privacy rights. This obligation will survive any termination of this Agreement.
10. TrafficBox reserves the right to
modify, update or edit this agreement at any time
without notice.
