Where are the Leads Generated?
All of our prospects are generated through top internet sites by completing
an information request form to start a Home Based Business. These top internet
sites have been established for many years. They collect hundreds of thousands
of unique registrations monthly. This constant influx of new registrations allows
us to provide our members a consistant product over the long term.

Are these Leads Opt-in?
Yes, all of our leads have Opted-in by completing an online form requesting
information on a home based business. Since we have collected IP address and
Time/ Date stamp during proving they are Opt-in, they can be safely contacted.
Note:
This does not guarantee against spam complaints but can allow members
to prove the legitimacy of a leads Opt-in status when needed.

Do you provide the IP Address & Time/ Date Stamp with each lead?
Yes we provide the IP Address & Time/ Date Stamp with each Real time lead order.
All other orders come with IP information only but the time and date stamp is
kept on file and is available upon request.

How often are orders processed?
Orders received Monday - Thursday before 5pm EST will be processed & delivered
within 48 hrs. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing
on the next business day. Since we place top priority on Quality not Quantity there may
be times when demand exceeds available supply. In this event First Priority will be to
members who have a recurring orders on file. All other orders will be fulfilled
in the order they were received.
Note:
Real time leads are filled upon lead availability since they are generated daily.

In what Format and to what E-mail Address are my Leads delivered?
We only send lead files directly to the purchaser's email address from
which payment was received for security and tracking purposes.
Leads are sent out via an email attachment in one of three common formats:
Text (.TXT), Comma Delimited (.CSV), and Microsoft Excel (.XLS).
Note:
For import purposes all files can be considered comma delimited
regardless of attachment type.

Do you Import the Leads for me?
Your leads are automatically uploaded to the Income101 prospecting system to begin
receiving the 14 personalized letters. We import leads into other marketing systems
upon request (see instructions below) for members who cannot due to lack of
computer access or experience. To help in keeping administrative costs low,
which in turn keeps the lead cost low, we ask that members who can perform the
import function please help us by doing so.
Note:
One on One phone training is available to members by appointment
weekday afternoons EST.
To have us import your leads please reply to the lead email we send with:
system name, system username, and system password.

How does the Income101 Prospect Mailing Service work?
Just prior to lead delivery we automatically uploaded your leads to the Income101
prospect mailing system to begin sending the 14 personalized letters. The 14 letters
will be sent over 23 days after the initial import. Prospects who receive the letters
will see that each comes personalized with the members contact information and
includes a link to preview the members marketing website.

Is there a fee for the Prospect Mailing Service?
There is a $10.00 shipping fee charged with each lead order to offset all costs
incurred to provide this valuable service. This fee does not change regardless
of the share quantity ordered.

What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of the product being provided once an order has been sent out
NO REFUNDS can or will be given. However if a written request is submitted prior
to the order being sent out a full refund is possible.
